Welcome to SYM Yoga! By joining our classes, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Membership Overview

   - The monthly yoga membership provides members with access to online classes, programs, and resources. Members are encouraged to take classes at their own discretion, based on their needs and fitness level.

   - Membership fees are billed monthly and renew automatically unless canceled by the member.

 

2. Health and Safety Disclaimer

   - Members should consult with their physician or healthcare provider before beginning any new exercise program, including yoga classes offered through this membership. 

   - SYM Yoga assumes no responsibility for injuries or health issues that may arise from participation in yoga classes or other resources provided. Members should practice within their physical abilities.

 

3. Member Responsibilities

   - Members agree to practice within their physical limits and to take personal responsibility for any modifications needed.

   - Members should notify the instructor of any physical limitations, injuries, or health concerns before participating in any live classes or sessions.

 

4. Membership Cancellation Policy

   - Members may cancel their membership at any time through their account settings.

 - Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no further payments will be charged. Access to membership content will continue until the end of the billing cycle.

   - There are no refunds for partial months.

 

5. Private Session Cancellation Policy

   - Members may cancel or reschedule private sessions up to 24 hours in advance without penalty.

   - Cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled private session will incur a 50% charge of the session fee.

   - No-shows for a private session will also be charged the full price of the session fee.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

   - By participating in classes, members acknowledge and accept that SYM Yoga is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from participation in online classes or private sessions.

 

7. Modification of Terms

   - SYM Yoga reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes.
