Service Description

This 50 minute gentle Yin yoga practice is designed to calm your nervous system, release deep-seated tension, and prepare your body for restful sleep. Through slow, supported postures and mindful breathing, you’ll activate the parasympathetic nervous system—your body’s natural relaxation response—allowing you to unwind fully. Expect long-held stretches, soothing floor-based poses, and gentle prop-supported variations to ease physical and mental stress. No experience is needed—just a cozy space, a blanket and blocks or bolster, and an open heart. (If you don't have these items, you can use substitutes such as a towel, book and large pillow or just do without) Let’s slow down, release the day, and prepare for deep, nourishing rest.

Please cancel if you are unable to make the class. By participating in this class you agree to the terms of the class waiver noted below.
